Job Description

• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.


• Craft strategies for all Marketing activities.


• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business


• Conduct ongoing market research


• Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline


• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing activities


• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.


• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc or HND in Business Administration or relevant discipline.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions


• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software


• Familiarity with the architectural industry is an added advantage.
