Job Description
As a result of business expansion, we are looking for an experienced consultant to oversee the management of the hospitals under our business managed services, providing advice and expertise to help them improve performance.
Responsibilities
- Use analytical skills to detect any weaknesses or inefficiencies in the organizational processes of the hospitals under our managed services
- Run focus groups and facilitate workshops
- Maintain project schedules and consistently meeting deliverable deadlines
- Provide recommendations to managed hospitals regarding medical staff hiring, firing, or disciplinary issues
- Recommend changes to workflows or procedures to improve efficiency or quality of care at the different hospitals
- Lead interdisciplinary teams in developing strategic plans that align with corporate goals and objectives
- Provide consultation services to managed hospitals regarding organizational development, strategic planning, marketing, employee relations, or financial management issues
- Create strategic plans for managed hospitals to improve operations, efficiency, and patient satisfaction
- Develop and implement programs to improve clinical outcomes for patients through disease prevention, screening, and treatment
- Conduct research regarding changes in medical practice standards and recommend changes to policies and procedures based on findings
- Interacting with client hospitals to achieve set objectives
- Travel to client hospitals, as needed
- Sending periodic reports and updates to the COO
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- Any healthcare certification will be preferred
- 4+ years of experience working in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in ICT or a health management system
- Excellent presentation skills
- Superior analytical abilities
- Well versed in current healthcare terminologies
