Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fashion Store Manager to oversee the sales, deliveries, and day-to-day operations of our fashion retail store.


• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and customer service staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales floor, monitor sales activity, and ensure the store meets or exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.


• Manage a team of sales representatives and customer service staff, providing coaching and guidance to improve performance and ensure exceptional customer


• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure timely and accurate delivery of new merchandise and customer orders.


• Monitor expenses and control costs to ensure


• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.


• Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, creativity, and a culture of excellence.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.


• Provide regular reports on store performance to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration or a related field.


• At least 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fashion industry.


• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal


• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve revenue


• Excellent organizational and time management skills.


• Ability to work Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm.
