Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by developing and executing the customer business plans for the region assigned
Ensure perfect in-market execution, as per the KPI's defined, across the region
Continuously collect, analyse and review sales data - primary/secondary/off-take/market share data - by customer development, and identify issues/opportunity areas
Regular engagement with the regional customers and regional contacts of national customers to build strong relations and drive organizational priorities in most effective and time-bound manner
REQUIREMENTS
A proven track record of 5-10years professional experience in Key Account Management, ideally with FMCG, preferably in the food manufacturing or cosmetics industry.
Excellent network of existing contacts and trade relationships.
Must be managing a team of managers
