Job Description

• Outline client design objectives.


• Create architectural working drawings for architectural interior projects.


• Maintain and organize project files, schedules and specifications.


• Visit sites and assist in construction supervision.


• Work with the construction team, in office and with outside consultants.


• Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) qualification.


• 1 - 3 years work experience.


• Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.


• Detail oriented and deadline driven.


• Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.


• Proficiency in Revit, Autocad, Adobe creative, Lumion/ 3D Max or other rendering software


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
