JOB SUMMARY


The Regional Manager, South will be responsible for overseeing multiple commercial establishments within the specified region, building and maintaining Client relationships to generate revenue. Also, managing and supervising the Business Development Team across all locations and the region’s financial objectives.


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Implement strategic marketing plan.

  • Maintain a formidable strategy for TW Retention and Offensive drive to elicit net positive position consistent.

  • Perform market research, analysis and investment trajectories to equip Business Development team across all locations.

  • Furnish marketing advice, counsel and general Staff support to all departments within the organisation.

  • Continuously evaluate business development issues to determine how competitive and current it is with the latest trends in the industry.

  • Monitor external and internal environments for development of new market segments.

  • Oversee the production of feasibility studies or business plans for new product development.

  • Develop marketing campaigns for new products and services including formulating specific budget and expenditure plan for each Zone as well as other Units under Business Development Group.

  • Manage specific corporate programs

  • Develop brochures or other print or electronic adverts to market corporate service.

  • Prepare marketing campaigns for new employees coming on board.

  • Assist in developing an ongoing guest-relations program for our employees.

  • Demonstrate knowledge, and supports mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior.

  • Assist in planning of any event that highlights corporate services.

  • Assist in developing an evaluation process to gain feedback from constituents.

  • Perform public speaking to volunteer organisations and committees regarding public relations, marketing and development.


REQUIREMENTS



  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or any other related discipline.

  • Professional certification or Master’s in Business Administration.

  • Minimum of ten (10) years’ cognate experience in business development and in the financial sector.

  • Demonstrable knowledge of Investment and Portfolio Management.

  • Excellent decision-making skills.

  • Understanding of budget, cost and resource management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tool.
