Accountabilities



  • Compiling, analysing, and reporting sales data.

  • Monitoring and analysing competitors’ activities, customer, and market trends.

  • Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams.

  • Monitoring and evaluating sales performance.

  • Promptly match customers’ payments with invoices.

  • Preparing reports on customers’ balances

  • Present weekly/monthly sales reports and customers’ balances to the Senior Management.

  • Collaborate with internal and external sources for report preparation.

  • Post and process vendor invoices for payments.

  • Attend to statutory auditors’ requests on sales and customers.

  • Analyse balance sheet accounts

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Basic understanding of financial forecasting

  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Strong work ethics

  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle stressful situations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other presentation software


Minimum Qualification



  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience as an Accountant or a similar role

  • Must have ICAN or at the least be on the Professional level.
