  • Achieving business goals and revenue targets

  • Identify and leverage strategic opportunities within the managed markets customer base, allowing for advantageous positioning and customer development

  • Managing internal and external stakeholders’ relations and negotiating contracts

  • Manage yearly budget for maximum ROI

  • Key contributor to organization growth and expansion

  • Review regional performance against target, objectives and KPI's and enhance performance

  • Translate regional business plans.

  • Direct, manage, and coach regional sales representatives’ tactical activities


Requirements



  • A B.Sc, M.Sc, HND or OND degree is required

  • Must have knowledge of Banking, commercial and investment, wealth management, corporate finance and capital markets

  • Minimum of 7 years working experience

  • Relationship building, agility and adaptability, innovation and creativity, decision-making, negotiation and critical thinking

  • Must have good presentation skills

  • Knowledge of MD Word, Excel and Power Point
