Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop the company’s strategy for using technological resources, aligned to business goals


• Prepare businesses to react, adapt and evolve with resilience and success


• Ensure the organization is on an ‘always future-ready’ technology mode


• Strong domain knowledge and business acumen to ensure company’s technologies are used appropriately


• Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors

Development and Deployment of Technology

• Evaluate and implement new technologies, systems and infrastructure for competitive advantage

Acceleration of product/service delivery

• Understand customer domain and needs and the right technology and products to outperform on customer requirements


• Manage global compliance across all payment platforms

Innovation and implementation of technology solutions

• Manage all technology assets with the right teams to ensure optimum return of investment using the ITIL framework — including availability, quality, performance, capacity management, financial management, change management, risk management, incident and problem management and license management


• Build payments landscape, upgrade plan /roadmap to support business growth and innovation

Experience

• 10+ years of proven experience as a CTO, CIO or similar leadership role


• Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy


• Strong understanding of budgets and business-planning

Salary: CIRCA 3,900.000.00 (Nigerian Naira)
