We are seeking a creative and ambitious Talent Attraction Sourcer to seek out the best digital talent that Nigeria has to offer and secure their expertise for our regional offices there.
You will be responsible for seeking new potential candidates using a variety of platforms and channels, contacting and nurturing passive candidates, and building a robust talent pipeline to answer our current and future hiring needs.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with recruitment and management to determine job requirements for both technical and non-technical roles
Create and implement strategic sourcing and candidate engagement initiatives to attract top talent, particularly for priority and difficult-to-fill positions
Build candidate pipelines and present candidate options for roles across all company levels and locations
Conduct initial resume reviews, and screen and provide input on job candidates to hiring partners and teams
Use a range of tools (ATS, CRM etc) to track current talent and nurture future talent
Cultivate relationships with organizations, partners, and vendors that assist in all aspects of Tek Experts' sourcing efforts
Drive specialized passive candidate marketing plans to create talent communities/pipelines within our ATS/CRM tool and maintain and update these pipelines regularly
Work closely with local recruitment and marketing experts to create and deliver location-specific communication and marketing materials to local talent pools
Review and recommend new or untapped sourcing channels, tools, and platforms and share industry best practices and industry and market intelligence with the talent acquisition team to allow for strategic business planning
Ensure adherence to all regulations and internal policies (EEOC, GDPR and all other applicable compliance standards)
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in HR Management, Marketing, or another related field
At least 2 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, including reviewing resumes and screening candidates
Proven success in sourcing, especially in targeting and attracting passive talent for hard-to-fill roles
Experience developing search and sourcing strategies in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers
Strong understanding of X-Ray and Boolean string search practices
Previous experience using a variety of sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, GitHub etc) and techniques (data mining, headhunting etc)
Past experience working in a fast-paced environment handling multiple priorities and constituents
Excellent communication skills
Ability to conduct Passive sourcing
Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
