Our client is a full service commercial Bank operating through a network of over 600 branches and service outlets located in major centers across the country. They are looking to hire an Account Officer

Job Responsibilities

• New Business Development/Account acquisition


• Customer Engagement (Physical and Virtual)


• Existing Business Relationship Management. (Cross/Up Selling)


• Channel Optimization.


• Liability Generation (CASA & FD).


• Risk Asset Creation.


• Credit processing and Appraisals.


• Close Monitoring of Credit relationships and loan recoveries.


• Achieving set Financial and Non-Financial Targets.


• Merchant/Agent onboarding.


• Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.

Job Requirements

• BSc, MSc in Banking and Finance, Accounting or any related field.


• 0-5 years banking experience


• Preferably between the ages of 28 – 30yrs.


• Good Customer Service / Relationship Management


• Strong selling/negotiation skills


• Strong Financial Analysis / Interpretation capabilities


• Good presentation skills


• Effective communication skills


• Credit Appraisal skills


• Team player


• Analytical/Problem solving skills
