Duties



  • The main job and functions of an Account Officer is to manage a company’s financial records

  • Creating and processing invoices

  • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy

  • Managing company’s accounts payable and receivable

  • Maintenance of Records related to this:

  • Recording and filing organization expenses

  • Posting daily transactions

  • Bank account reconciliations

  • Any other assigned jobs.


Requirements



  • Applicants must possess at least B.Sc / HND in Accountancy or related field with a minimum of 2 years cognate experience.

  • Candidates must possess good numerical and analytical skills.

  • Candidates must be computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Excel.

  • Must be detail-Oriented

  • Must have Strong Interpersonal Skills

  • Able to work well within a team.
