Job Description
Responsibilities but not limited to
- Issuing work instructions, monitoring work to ensure safety procedures are being observed.
- Organizing daily tool box meetings, executing and supervising all tenants' service requests, and preparing weekly reports of activities.
Requirements
- A degree in real estate, engineering, or construction, along with at least one year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills, organizational ability, attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
