Job Responsibilities



  • Attending to walk-in clients

  • Responding to offline & online inquiries (including calls, messages, etc.) from clients

  • Finding suitable candidates for vacant job roles using different methods

  • Posting job vacancy adverts on social media

  • Creating, formatting & printing office documents & materials

  • Scheduling job interviews

  • Informing candidates of job interview outcomes

  • Following up on candidates sent to clients/organizations

  • Keeping record of visitors & transactions

  • General administrative duties


Job Requirements



  • OND/NCE qualification

  • 1 - 2 years work experience.

  • Male

  • 22 - 25 years old

  • Good communication skills

  • Smart & proactive

  • Teachable

  • Customer service-oriented

  • Previous work experience in this role or a similar one is an advantage

  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint & CorelDraw)

  • Must reside around Bodija.


Salary

N30,000 monthly.
