Job Responsibility
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
- Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
- Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with the team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly.
Job Qualification /Requirements
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics. or Business Administration.
- 7 years above marketing experience with a corporate setting.
- 35 years below.
- Proven track record of successful, excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent leadership ability.
- Must have had a marketing/sales experience in the bank/fintech company.
