Primary Duties and Responsibilities

•  Support to implement the new ERP - Microsoft D365


•  Closing preparation with accounting partner


•  Reporting: Group reporting (closing and Planning in Magnitude ) and Management


•  Reporting (Business status update vs Commitment)


•  Monitoring internal controls and put action controls in place


•  Cost Control Invoices review and cost assignment


•  Coordinating audit processes - internal and external.


•  Pricing support for the Site Manager to support new business opportunities


•  Track tax compliance records and ensure all statutory deadlines are complied with (VAT, WHT, PAYE, CIT etc)


•  Implementing group compliance processes for fixed assets monitoring and inventory management. 

Basic Requirements/ Qualifications Education / Experience:

•  4+ years field experience as financial controller


•  Ability to work collaboratively with sales, account management, client services and executives.


•  Ability to work with an international group


•  BA/BSc accounting degree or equivalent.


•  ACCA, ICAN or equivalent qualification is added advantage


•  Master’s degree in accounting/finance is added advantage.

•  Sound knowledge of accounting


•  And Must have a good level of proficiency with Excel and proven experience with ERP Location
