Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Dealing with telephone enquiries and emails.
- Ensuring assets are effectively and efficiently managed.
- Managing the maintenance and general upkeep of assets.
- Managing check-in and check-out.
- Managing viewings and inspections.
- Managing contents inventory and condition of assets.
- Managing payments, arrears, invoices, and receipts.
- General administration duties.
- Assist with accounting including balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis and reporting.
Key Skills, Competencies and Attributes
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with at least 3 years work experience.
- Good customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good team player with ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-discipline, and phone etiquette.
- Sound MS Office skills.
- Able to react quickly and effectively when dealing with challenging situations.
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
