Main Duties and Responsibilities



  • Dealing with telephone enquiries and emails.

  • Ensuring assets are effectively and efficiently managed.

  • Managing the maintenance and general upkeep of assets.

  • Managing check-in and check-out.

  • Managing viewings and inspections.

  • Managing contents inventory and condition of assets.

  • Managing payments, arrears, invoices, and receipts.

  • General administration duties.

  • Assist with accounting including balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis and reporting.


Key Skills, Competencies and Attributes



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with at least 3 years work experience.

  • Good customer service, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Good team player with ability to work independently.

  • Attention to detail and good organisational skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-discipline, and phone etiquette.

  • Sound MS Office skills.

  • Able to react quickly and effectively when dealing with challenging situations.

  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
