  • The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, recruiting, and retaining talented employees.

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies, including employee development, retention, and succession planning.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities and professional organizations to build a pipeline of talent.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and management.

  • Ensure the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and provides a positive candidate experience.

  • Monitor and report on employee engagement and retention rates.

  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to recruitment and talent management.

  • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand that attracts top talent.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


Qualifications



  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years experience.
