We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Team Lead to oversee all aspects of our organization's operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way, improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices, and formulating strategic and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Manage day-to-day operations, including production, inventory, and supply chain management
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement
Oversee and manage a team of operational staff, providing leadership, direction, and support
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve business goals
Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
Maintain an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Operations Management or similar role
Strong knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Familiarity with business and financial principles
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Customer service-oriented with an enthusiasm for improving customer satisfaction
Results-driven with a focus on achieving business goals
Commercial awareness with the ability to identify new opportunities for growth.
