Overview

• We are looking for a result-driven and trustworthy Accountant who would work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy to join our team.


• In this role, you would work with large amounts of numerical data, handle multiple tasks with deadlines, and provide transparent and complete reports to management.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling bank statements with general ledger entries


• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.


• Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.


• Presenting financial data to managers, investors, and other entities.


• Maintaining accurate financial and stock records


• Overseeing incoming payments from customers and outgoing payments from accounts payable


• Computing taxes, and filling VAT promptly


• Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.


• Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts

Qualifications

• Combination of advanced education, relevant certification and related experiences


• B.Sc / HND - Accounting


• 3-5 years experience in similar position


• Must have solid understanding and adherence to the Servant Leadership philosophy.


• skilled at prioritizing and motivated by accomplishment.


• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment.


• Ability to interact well with others in a team environment.


• Strong planning, problem-solving, and analytic skills.


• Good written and oral communication skills.


• Advanced computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
