Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field.

  • At least 7 years of experience in graphic design or a related field, with a strong portfolio of design work.

  • Proven experience in leading a creative team, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.

  • Strong understanding of design trends and best practices.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Knowledge of the payment services industry is a plus.

Job Responsibilities



  • Oversee the creative team and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality designs that align with the company’s brand guidelines and values.

  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of brand messaging and customer engagement.

  • Manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs meet the company’s standards and requirements.

  • Create innovative and visually compelling designs for various marketing and advertising campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and print collateral.

  • Provide design direction and feedback to the creative team, ensuring that all designs meet the company’s standards and requirements.

  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the company’s design strategy.

  • Manage and mentor the creative team, providing guidance and feedback on design concepts and execution.

  • Work with external vendors and contractors to ensure that design projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Perform other functions as assigned by the Board and the Group MD/ CEO.
