Responsibilities 

• Oversee and manage the day to day activities of the business.


• Manage all legal, compliance and CBN reporting


• Develop and implement SOP for all business activities


• Manage credit risk, Finance Loan administration and customer retention


• Manage and execute the sales strategies and plan.


• Lead the development of growth and innovative strategies.


• Solely responsible for the Government, institutional and corporate business development and affairs.


• Lead and execute strategic partnerships with key partners and other stakeholders.


• Lead and oversee the acquisition of consumer and business customers.


• Identify, form and execute strong partnerships with key potential partners, ambassadors, service providers, strategic alliance etc.


• Oversee all functions and departments of the business as the business operations Manager

Requirement

• A minimum of 5 years working experience in MicroFinance Bank


• BSc. first degree in a relevant field


• Sound knowledge of the Bank’s policies and procedures.


• Familiar with current Agency Banking guidelines


• Excellent multicultural awareness and management skills,


• Good communication and inter personal skills


• High degree of team building and supervisory skills


• Good relationship management skills


• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT etc)
