Requirements·
- Develop and execute on a very solid go-to-market strategy.
- Manage the business development in various cities
- Lead the effort of BDs, reps and city BDMs in ensuring the set target is reached
- Manage and execute the sales strategies and plan.
- Develop plans for a massive customer acquisition.
- Identify, form and execute strong partnerships with key potential partners, ambassadors, service providers, strategic alliances.
- Establish partners, agents and channels.
- Link between the market, sales, customers and the product development team.
- Manage key clients and partners.
- Implement key performance metrics, KPIs, tracking and monitoring tools and procedures.
- Implement and execute on brilliant marketing strategies, digital, media, traditional, events, etc.
- Sales and marketing - recruit marketers, train them and send to the field to market our product and services.
Requirement
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in Fintech or Banking
- BSc. first degree in a relevant field
- Sound knowledge of the Bank’s policies and procedures.
- Familiar with current Agency Banking guidelines
- Excellent multicultural awareness and management skills,
- Good communication and inter personal skills
- High degree of team building and supervisory skills
- Good relationship management skills
- Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT etc)
