Requirements·



  • Develop and execute on a very solid go-to-market strategy.

  • Manage the business development in various cities

  • Lead the effort of BDs, reps and city BDMs in ensuring the set target is reached

  • Manage and execute the sales strategies and plan.

  • Develop plans for a massive customer acquisition.

  • Identify, form and execute strong partnerships with key potential partners, ambassadors, service providers, strategic alliances.

  • Establish partners, agents and channels.

  • Link between the market, sales, customers and the product development team.

  • Manage key clients and partners.

  • Implement key performance metrics, KPIs, tracking and monitoring tools and procedures.

  • Implement and execute on brilliant marketing strategies, digital, media, traditional, events, etc.

  • Sales and marketing - recruit marketers, train them and send to the field to market our product and services.


Requirement



  • A minimum of 2 years working experience in Fintech or Banking

  • BSc. first degree in a relevant field

  • Sound knowledge of the Bank’s policies and procedures.

  • Familiar with current Agency Banking guidelines

  • Excellent multicultural awareness and management skills,

  • Good communication and inter personal skills

  • High degree of team building and supervisory skills

  • Good relationship management skills

  • Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT etc)
