RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the company’s technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies.


• Create and implement IT policies and systems that will meet objectives.


• Oversee all technology operations (e.g., network security) and evaluate them according to established goals.


• Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by management.


• Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.


• Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software.Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management.


• Coordinate IT managers and supervise computer scientists, technicians and other professionals to provide guidance.


• Ensure and drive efficient Data back up system.Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.


• Provide leadership in technology portfolio for enablement and innovation.


• Manage a portfolio of technology projects to meet cost, scope, and schedule constraints.


• Develop policies for internal IT operations to drive attainment of SLAs.


• Manage and support delivery of software and hardware operations and projects.


• Enable process efficiency of back-office operations.


• Drive innovation for front office or core business operations by recommending viable technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS:.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent and 5-7 years work experience.Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

Required

• CompTIA Security+


• Extensive experience in IP data networking, switching, routing, security, etc..


• Ability to analyze, configure, and maintain a complex Local Area Network (LAN)..


• Solid working knowledge of routing concepts (including OSPF, EIGRP, Multicast), switching concepts (including STP, VTP, Trunking), and security concepts (including SNMP, 802.1x, ACLs)..


• Experience with Network management tools such as CiscoWorks,


• Foundry IronView or EMC SMARTS InCharge..


• Strong organizational, problem-solving, written and written communication skills..


• Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly and apply that knowledge effectively..


• Ability to work both independently and with a team to manage multiple tasks and projects..


• Ability to create technical documentation and network diagrams as deliverables..


• Working knowledge of MS Office and MS Visio.
