Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and operations of Global Marine Services Limited, including financial performance, customer service, and staff management.


• Develop and implement the company's strategic plan to achieve growth and profitability targets, in line with the company's mission statement and values.


• Lead, manage and motivate a team of highly skilled technicians and staff, ensuring a culture of safety, quality and customer service is maintained at all times.


• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental and industry regulations and standards.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.


• Monitor and manage the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.


• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets and service offerings.


• Manage and maintain a strong safety culture and implement best practices in safety and environmental management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the marine servicing industry


• Good knowledge of USCG,SOLAS and NEPA standard.

Salary

N800,000 - N1,000,000 Monthly.
