Job Summary:

• The Branch Operations Manager will be in charge of the supervision, implementation and management of all activities in the Diagnostic center daily to ensure that set targets and objectives are achieved, maintain high quality standards and customer satisfaction at all times.  

Job Description:

• Manage and monitor branch staff


• Perform operational management task


• Generate Management report


• Financial management


• Maintain good client relations

Academic Qualification and Experience Required:

• (B.MLS: Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science OR International equivalent) and License to practice in Nigeria (MLSCN)  


• B.Sc (Radiography/Radiological Sciences) (B.Rad) and License to practice in Nigeria by the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN)


• Management Certificate and/or Diploma


• Business Management Certificate and/or Diploma


• Financial Management Certificate and/or Diploma


• 2 years senior and/or supervisory experience within a diagnostic center


• Managing team in multiple branches


• Clear understanding of cost drivers in the P&L


• Excellent knowledge of LMS and its functions


• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office


• Marketing experience and /or certificate / diplom
