Job Description

• This Early Career Accelerator Programme is a 12- 18 month rotational program designed to accelerate the career of selected candidates that are interested in building a career in Sales and Marketing.


• You'll work across different departments in the organisation including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Logistics & Distribution.


• We will work with you to develop your skills and interests through coaching and on-the-job training.


• The program is an immersive learning experience that gives you a holistic (both broad and deep) view of the dairy value chain from raw material supply to temperature-controlled logistics to customer relationship management.


• To succeed in this programme, you have to be outgoing, enjoy meeting and engaging with people, persistent and bold. If you are a self-starter and ambitious, this opportunity is for you.
