Job Overview
- This person would be tasked with providing technical support and assistance to Technology client's internal and external.
- Support would range from 1st level to 2nd level support.
- The person should have a base knowledge of DevOps.
Demonstrate knowledge of ITSM practices Like:
- Request management
- Incident management
- Problem management
- Change management
- Configuration management.
- Monitoring and analytics.
- Knowledge Management
- Good Knowledge of ITSM tool integration across various internal interfacing channels such as web, mobile, and desktop app (slack, skype, teams).
