Duties and Responsibilities
- Present,promote and sell products using solid agreements to existing and prospective customers.
- Address customer's needs and concerns efficiently and effectively to turn unhappy customers into return guests.
- Perform cost benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customer to meet their needs.
- Coordinates sales efforts with team members to achieve better results.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints and objections from customers.
- Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.
- Promote and up-sell products to maximize sales opportunities where necessary.
- Achieve agreed upon sales target and outcomes within schedules.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Provide constructive feedback on sales, effectiveness of promotions, customers, product, and service.
- Launches as well as store activities and trends.
- Deliver product knowledge to customers through effective communication to increase consumer understanding and product sales.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Requirements and Skills
- Interested candidates should possess a an OND or HND with 1-2 years experience.
- A team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent knowledge of Ms-word,Excel,PowerPoint, and data entry.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Proactive, self-motivated, keen to learn with a result-driving approach.
- Faster learner and passion for sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation.
- Should reside at Surulere and environs.
- Ability to drive car.
