Responsibilities:



  • To Drive the revenue generation system of the company by consistently meeting sales targets.

  • Build a strong sales team by bringing new salespeople on board and training them.

  • Track and maintain sales volume.

  • Conduct regular sales forecasts.

  • Coordinate and explore opportunities and steam line sales processes.

  • Frame and implement sales strategies and ensure that targets are met.

  • Create and implement strategies to win new clients.

  • Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan that will expand the company’s customer base and solidity its presence.

  • Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel, monitoring, and following up on the specific task and project deliverables.

  • Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs.

  • Provide and build healthy long-lasting customers.

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team by accessing the team’s strengths and weaknesses.

  • Generating client leads to buy, sell and rent properties.


Requirements:



  • First degree in any business-related discipline

  • 5 years’ experience in a real estate

  • Excellent customer relationship development/management

  • Good negotiation

  • Products Knowledge

  • Marketing / Selling
