  • We seek to engage the services of a Senior Banking Professional to serve as aBranch Head for our client, aTier 1 Bank.

  • The ideal candidate should have beenin the Banking sector for a minimum of six (6) years with at least three (3) years in a supervisory capacity within the Bank's core operations.


Responsibilities



  • Utilizes experienceto deliver sophisticated credit solutions best suited to meetclient's objectives

  • Exhibit a solid understanding of the credit risks associated with business lending and customized personal lending to a high-net-worthclient base

  • Contribute to increasing the Bank's share of wallet and profitability by providing clients with appropriate credit and transactional banking solutions

  • Contribute to increasing the Bank's share of wallet and profitability by providing clients with appropriate credit and transactional banking solutions

  • Prospect new relationships through proactive calling efforts, while retaining and deepening existing relationships

  • Opendeposit and loan accounts, verifyand processes change to existing accounts, answer customer questions and resolve related account problems

  • Partners with internal and external service providers including, Centers of Influence

  • Adhere to and comply with all federal and state laws, regulations, and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, Anti-Money Laundering, etc)

  • Work with other team members to provide a more efficient sales and workflow environment

  • Building and managing profitable banking relationships with high-net-worth customers


Requirements



  • Bachelors's Degree in Banking, Accounting, or a Finance related field

  • Master's Degree in a Finance related field

  • CBIN

  • Relevant managerial training in the Banking sector

  • At least 6 years as a Banking Officer with 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
