Job Brief
- We requires the services of suitably qualified professional to manage one of our building construction project in Lekki, Lagos:
Job Summary
- Defining project goals and scope i.e. expected outcomes in terms of client brief, funds, quality of work, timeline and other deliverables.
- Planning, identifying and securing resources (people, equipment, facilities, funding, etc) required to achieve all of the project goals within the given constraints.
- Organising, engaging and supervising internal / external resources, monitoring and controlling the project resources to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria for all of the project goals within the given constraints.
- Managing the entire process and timeline for execution and close work on the project at the specified time and preparation the project summary at the end of project.
- Be the custodian and central repository of project information and communication from and to all the relevant parties.
Requisite Qualification / Experience
- First Degree (1st Class or 2nd Class Upper) in Civil Engineering / Building / Architecture or relevant field with an M.Sc in Construction Management.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Project Management, of which 5 must have been spent in managing the construction of real estate development of high-end projects.
- Familiarity with internationally acceptable quality, health and safety standards.
- Proficiency in use of Construction / Project management software such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, E- Research tools and apps, Ms Office packages, and Power Point presentation etc
