Job Description



  • We are seeking young, tech-savvy, and enthusiastic professionals to join a team of seasoned Bankers to gain specialized experience and sharpen their leadership acumen while gathering quality on-the-job knowledge across Finance, Client Services, Account Management, Operations, and IT Solutions.


Responsibilities



  • Act as an orientation officer for the floor clients

  • Support specific global initiatives or regional projects as needed

  • Managing new starter processes for clients

  • Be the first point of contact for all staff in your teams, Business Management, etc

  • Maintain distribution list(s) and ensure they are kept up to date

  • Co-ordinate with Third Parties the organization of conferences/ schedules/ itineraries

  • Work closely with other assistants in the organization to ensure the effective organization of events

  • Provide administrative backup to other assistants during vacation and other absences

  • Understand and adhere to Group policies

  • Maintaining staff records such as org charts, mailing lists, etc

  • Management and tracking of account

  • Manage allocated team areas and co-ordinate individual/team relocations

  • Drive completion of monthly KPI

  • Review of physical and network security access, quarterly review access as required by compliance


Qualifications



  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Accounting, or a Finance related Degree from a recognized Nigerian university.

  • Must have completed the 1-year mandatory NYSC scheme

  • Minimum of 2:2 (Second Class Lower)

  • Must be a resident of Abuja

  • Must have graduated within the last 3-4years

  • Must have had basic Banking experience of at least 6 months in the last 2 years.


Requirements:



  • Must possess exceptional people management skills.

  • Be analytical-minded and be a fast learner.

  • Must be technology savvy, and proficient in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

  • Be confident and possess leadership skills.

  • Must be hardworking, diligent, and trustworthy.

  • Must be ready to be part of a team and work with a team to meet tight schedules.

  • Must be able to handle demands in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company.
