We are seeking young, tech-savvy, and enthusiastic professionals to join a team of seasoned Bankers to gain specialized experience and sharpen their leadership acumen while gathering quality on-the-job knowledge across Finance, Client Services, Account Management, Operations, and IT Solutions.
Responsibilities
Act as an orientation officer for the floor clients
Support specific global initiatives or regional projects as needed
Managing new starter processes for clients
Be the first point of contact for all staff in your teams, Business Management, etc
Maintain distribution list(s) and ensure they are kept up to date
Co-ordinate with Third Parties the organization of conferences/ schedules/ itineraries
Work closely with other assistants in the organization to ensure the effective organization of events
Provide administrative backup to other assistants during vacation and other absences
Understand and adhere to Group policies
Maintaining staff records such as org charts, mailing lists, etc
Management and tracking of account
Manage allocated team areas and co-ordinate individual/team relocations
Drive completion of monthly KPI
Review of physical and network security access, quarterly review access as required by compliance
Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Accounting, or a Finance related Degree from a recognized Nigerian university.
Must have completed the 1-year mandatory NYSC scheme
Minimum of 2:2 (Second Class Lower)
Must be a resident of Abuja
Must have graduated within the last 3-4years
Must have had basic Banking experience of at least 6 months in the last 2 years.

Must be technology savvy, and proficient in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Be confident and possess leadership skills.

Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company.
