The Comms Lead/ Creative Director will oversee the creative and communication department of the organization.
Creative Director is in charge of the overall design and execution for advertisements and the creative aspect of marketing initiatives.
Communications Director is to set the tone for messaging and portray an organization's values.
They are responsible for establishing relationships with media outlets, developing strategic marketing plans and handling public relations issues that arise internally or externally.
REQUIREMENT
A bachelor’s degree related field of study
4 years’ experience as a creative or communication personnel or in related fields
2years leadership experience
Good public speaking skills
Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good organization skills
Experience working in advertising agencies will be an added advantage.
