RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

  • Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.

  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.

  • Maintaining good business relationship and negotiating contracts.

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings on the company's behalf.

  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities for the company.

  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

  • Attending meetings, conferences and industry events for the purpose of networking.

  • Developing proposals for clients.

  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.


REQUIREMENT



  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

  • Excellent communication.

  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance.
