Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Manage the personnel recruitment, selection and succession process.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. Oversee the responsibilities of members of management, irrespective of other functions, as well as of non-management personnel, with respect to the safety performance of the organization, and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high management and staff performance.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Qualifications
Degree in Law, Human Resources, or related field.

10yrs+ Proven working experience as HR executive or equivalent position.
People oriented and results driven.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Will be required to maintain competence in job functions on basis of continued education and training.
In-depth knowledge of the relevant laws and industry practices
