Responsibilities



  • Ensure that there are effective and efficient policies and procedures in place, well understood and respected by all employees.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

  • Manage the personnel recruitment, selection and succession process.

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. Oversee the responsibilities of members of management, irrespective of other functions, as well as of non-management personnel, with respect to the safety performance of the organization, and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high management and staff performance.

  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.


Qualifications



  • Degree in Law, Human Resources, or related field.

  • A female is most preferred for gender balance

  • 10yrs+ Proven working experience as HR executive or equivalent position.

  • People oriented and results driven.

  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

  • Will be required to maintain competence in job functions on basis of continued education and training.

  • In-depth knowledge of the relevant laws and industry practices
