Job Description



  • We are looking to hire a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Front Desk Officer who will be the first point of contact with guests and attend to enquiries on behalf of the organization .


What You’ll Do:



  • Keep front desk clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies

  • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.

  • Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments

  • Prepare and manage outgoing mail

  • Keep updated records and files

  • Receive letters, packages and distribute them

  • Monitor and update records and files

  • Take up other duties as assigned

  • Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints

  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.

  • Monitor attendance register


Requirements


What You’ll Need:



  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of 1+ years working experience

  • Good time-management skills

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset

  • Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position

  • Customer service orientation

  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
