We are looking to hire a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Front Desk Officer who will be the first point of contact with guests and attend to enquiries on behalf of the organization .
What You’ll Do:
Keep front desk clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies
Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments
Prepare and manage outgoing mail
Keep updated records and files
Receive letters, packages and distribute them
Monitor and update records and files
Take up other duties as assigned
Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints
Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
Monitor attendance register

What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 1+ years working experience
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
