Darkpore Media Africa seeks the services of a young individual to work as a production assistant (Talk-show concierge) to be part of our production team. The ideal candidate must be smart, trustworthy and display effective communication skills. She must be willing to attend errands and pickup ordered items and packages.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests for talk-show are available for the show.


• Ensure refreshment and transport logistics of guests are well arranged before arrival.


• Meet with target demography of potential guests and confirm attendance.


• Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements


• Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls.

Requirements-

The ideal candidate must possess the following;

• Be female and not be older than 23years by March 31, 2023.


• Be affable- enjoy talking and being friendly to people


• Possess basic culinary skills


• Possess post-secondary school educational qualification


• Excellent communication skills, be polite and confident with a great deal of patience


• Ability in multitasking and time-management


• Proven experience as a concierge- customer service role will be an added advantage
