Staying informed about the company’s projects and services
Keeping track and maintaining customer contacts and contacts records
Proactively manage rent arrears to ensure that they are kept to an agreed minimum
Ensure rent and service charges collection is effective across all tenancies
Ensure tenancy compliance with the terms and conditions of the tenancy agreement.
Assist with the delivery of repairs and estate management policies and carry out estate management inspections on all of the properties in conjunction with the Facility Manager.
Provide technical advice to other team members/other staff or to tenants
Provide the Facility Manager with reports on contractors’ performance, cost and service and monitor quality and value for money
Carry out other duties, within the scope of the job, and meet the needs and requirements of the business.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 3 - 5 years work experience.
