  • Develop proposals for specified projects

  • Map out deliverables and timelines for projects and reporting of milestone achievements.

  • Land sourcing for projects

  • Coordinate team and manpower for projects

  • Develop the JVs

  • Make presentations to prospective partners

  • Attend client meeting as required at client location/office

  • Coordinate the inputs of allied professionals from concept to contract award

  • Carry out any pre-screening checks on the properties/ facilities(as may be agreed in writing from time to time)

  • Any other related duties as assigned by the management


Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:



  • A Degree in Business Administration, project management, Estate Management or a related field.

  • At least 3 years experience in project management, preferably in real estate Development.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software

  • Knowledge of industry trends and regulations

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good negotiations skills, with the ability to develop JVS and Partnerships.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate a team towards achieving project goals.

  • An ideal candidate for this role would be someone who has experience in project management and business development, with a strong background in real estate.
