- Develop proposals for specified projects
- Map out deliverables and timelines for projects and reporting of milestone achievements.
- Land sourcing for projects
- Coordinate team and manpower for projects
- Develop the JVs
- Make presentations to prospective partners
- Attend client meeting as required at client location/office
- Coordinate the inputs of allied professionals from concept to contract award
- Carry out any pre-screening checks on the properties/ facilities(as may be agreed in writing from time to time)
- Any other related duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A Degree in Business Administration, project management, Estate Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years experience in project management, preferably in real estate Development.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Knowledge of industry trends and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good negotiations skills, with the ability to develop JVS and Partnerships.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate a team towards achieving project goals.
- An ideal candidate for this role would be someone who has experience in project management and business development, with a strong background in real estate.
