Responsibilities

• Represent corporate and individual client interests and execute instructions diligently.


• Research and draft various types of legal documents, such as court processes, contracts/agreements/proposal reviews.


• Liaise with government agencies in the execution of clients’ instructions.


• Advise clients on matters of law and evidence and the strength of their case.


• Undertake legal research into relevant points of law.


• Write opinions, and advise solicitors and other professionals.


• Understand and interpret the law.


• Master and manage legal briefs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law


• Must have 5-7 years of cognate experience


• Experience in Drafting, Negotiating, and Reviewing legal documents


• Must possess good Interpersonal, Communication, and Public Speaking skills.
