Responsibilities:



  • Hands-on IT system administration, security, and cloud infrastructure support.

  • Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems

  • Create the necessary documentation for the changes taking place within the tech industry or on emerging new technologies.

  • Work with our solution architects to implement infrastructure changes, implement new technologies so as to ensure improved performance, scalability, reliability, and resiliency.

  • Provide technical direction through the roadmap process and ensure architectural consistency, knowledge management, testing, and disaster recovery plan.

  • Demonstrate ability to build sophisticated systems through networking, computing, and storage technologies whether on public cloud, hybrid or on-prem.

  • Incident problem management

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Ability to lead and work with Software Development, IT, Development Operations, and to Execute and Develop Processes.

  • Ability to prioritize tactical work requests, and ongoing responsibilities so as to ensure that the end goals are met.

  • IT Inventory tracking, monitoring, logging, scanning for vulnerability, key/password management, device management, and SSO.

  • Ensure security system compliance


Skills Required:



  • 1-2 Years of experience

  • B.S Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any other Technical Disciplines and Equivalent Work Experience.

  • Installation, configuration, administration, and management of major software and hardware components.

  • Strong analytic, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

  • Strong communication skills (Verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation)

  • Strong ability to self-learn new technologies
