Job description:

• Relay food from the kitchen to the lounge


• Serve food and beverages to customers in a professional manner.


• Listen to any complaints that customers have and address them appropriately with the aim of proffering viable solutions .


• Make suggestions based on their customers preferences


• Assit the waitress/waiters to take and serve food/drinks orders


• Assit the cooks in the kitchen in disbursement of food to every department 


• Assit in serving foods and drinks in the rooms


• Keep tables clean and tidy at all times


• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
