Basic understanding of PPC (Production Planning & Control), product mass balance and product yield
Assessing the line efficiency with respect to target per shift and work towards the line loss and bottlenecks
Understanding and implementing SOP of the process stages and strictly following the defined quality parameters.
Inventory planning for the input material, and reconciliation of the end product at every stage of the process
Shift-wise reporting of production, manpower , equipment loss time and proper handover, take over of the shift operations.
Providing all support for preparing process and quality related documentations and on field compliances, necessary for food safety and GMP certifications like HACCP, BRC, Organic, Fair Trade etc.
Any other responsibility which shall be deemed fit for a person of the capability of shift in charge/process engineer.
Flexible in working in shifts.
Requirements
Candidates should be a Graduate (Food Technology / BioTech / Chemical / Mechanical) from an esteemed university from Nigeria.
1 - 2 years of experience in the Agri-Commodities and process-oriented food industry.
