Job Details



  • Manage sales management process - pipeline, CRM, and proposal to meet the set target.

  • Research or market survey for new business opportunities, trends, and strategy for sales growth to meet sales target.

  • Responsible for meeting the Drive customer attraction & retention strategy to improve on customer loyalty.

  • Keep up with recent industries trends/tricks to deliver company objectives. 

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as applicable to all financial and non-financial transaction.


Requirements



  • A Bachelor’s degree /HND in Business or any related field.

  • Minimum of four (4) years’ relevant work experience in Sales & Business Development.

  • Marketing penetration /lead generation skills.

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Negotiation/persuasion/presentation skill.

  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to lead, co-ordinate and work with teams, as well as work independently and take initiative.

  • Ability to define problems, establish facts, analyze situations, and make informed decisions.

  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
