Boyar Foods Limited is a private limited liability company incorporated in Nigeria and carrying on the business of cold room and frozen foods.

Job description

We are in need of a Field Marketer who will be responsible for overseeing various activities involved in the storage of items in the cold room, running, directing and monitoring a team of other workers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Their typical duties and responsibilities include:

• Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research


• Develop robust knowledge of all product lines/services


• Maintain relationships with customers


• Negotiate with retailers and other third-party partners on promotional display and merchandise placement


• Promote business expansion opportunities to retailers and others through successful field /online marketing programs


• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities


• Manage social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns


• Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities


• Document and share lead/customer intelligence with the company 


• Conducts daily/weekly customer satisfaction surveys on customers.


• Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Chief Operating Officer

Requirements

• Must have at least a WAEC certificate or an Ordinary National Diploma or equivalent.


• 1-2 years of practical working experience in cold room operations.


• Strong communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to manage time and priorities effectively to meet deadlines.


• Ability to work well within a team, including others within the company as well as our contractors and suppliers.


• Maintains a positive attitude.


• Communicates and shares information in order to deliver results for the team.
