Job Description

• We are in need of an experienced Project/Operations Coordinator who can properly execute the operational requirements of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the correctness, timeliness and completeness of all shipments.


• Efficiently manage projects and resources in a way that ensures it is achieved on schedule.


• Plan and implement necessary measures prior to shipment arrival to avoid delay/extra costs.


• To analyze and monitor work performance to improve processes where required.


• Have professional knowledge of all the company’s services, and the ability to demonstrate when required.


• Provide regular updates to the Senior Management,


• Supervise everyday operations according to standard procedures.

Requirements

• Good experience in supply chain and logistics.


• Ability to follow up time-sensitive deadlines.


• Good team leadership and decision-making skills.


• Excellent organizational skills.


• Must be proficient in computer applications.


• Must have good communication skill.
