Planning and controlling scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of Green Africa Airways fleet
Identifying and recommending the necessary changes to Approved Maintenance Program to improve overall dispatch reliability
Preparing reports and perform other duties as may be required by CAMO Manager
Preparing work orders and issuing in accordance with Green Africa Airways Approved Maintenance Programme
Preparing lists of tools, parts, and materials required to perform scheduled work orders
Performing checks on the accomplished work orders including verification for filling, signing off, finalizing CRS, closing in the Airworthiness system, and archiving Hard copy and Digital copy
Reviewing and monitoring significant aircraft defects, recurring defects, dispatch reliability, MEL usage, MEL deviation and highlight trends and identify root causes
Continuously reviewing defects on log pages and on routine maintenance task cards and update the reliability database to ensure defects are rectified promptly
Monitoring reliability, preparing regular reliability board meetings, and regular reliability reporting to Management

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Avionics, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or any other related discipline
3-5 years experience as a Maintenance planner or Reliability Engineer in Aviation
Knowledge of Aircraft systems, Aircraft Maintenance Program as well as a comprehensive understanding of Maintenance and Engineering requirements of an aircraft
