Job Purpose

• As a Project Manager North Central,yourresponsibilities will be inextricably tied to the success of the project you are working on. Driving everything forward from planning to implementation, your actions will directly influence the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the project.


• Your responsibilities as project manager includes but is not limited to the coordination and completion of projects, overseeing all aspects of projects, setting realistic deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring/summarizing progress of all projects, preparing reports for Management regarding status of the project and driving/coordinating sales of company’s branded products.

Main Tasks

• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with Management.


• Create a detailed work plan which identifies the activities needed to successfully complete the project.


• Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project.


• Review the project schedule with Management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.


• Present to stakeholders’ reports on progress as well as problems and solutions


• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs


• Evaluate and assess result of project.


• Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.


• Promote sales and marketing of Company’s branded products


• Source for new business opportunities for the Company


• Coordinate sales of company’s hardware (laptops, robotics kits, school furniture etc)


• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.


• Write reports on the project for management, prepare financial reports and supporting documentation.


• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.


• Constantly share innovative and creative ideas with Management that will enable the company to compete globally.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 3 - 5 years work expeirence.
