Job Description

• Managing inventory so that all necessary ingredients are well stocked


• Ensuring all items needed for events are complete and accurate


• Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.


• Delegating tasks to the correct kitchen staff 


• Assigning various tasks to the correct staff to ensure optimal  kitchen operations 


• Be a bridge between the events team and the kitchen


• Keep the Manager informed of low inventory conditions as well as maintain accurate inventory levels and take periodic product inventory


• Perform other duties and assignments as directed


• Ability to use Excel and other microsoft office suite A MUST.
